About Our Guild
Where stories
become legends
Raccoon Tycoon exists to make tabletop roleplaying games accessible, affordable, and unforgettable. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to gather around the table, roll some dice, and step into a world of imagination without breaking the bank. By hosting sessions in familiar public venues like pubs, we create a social and casual environment where both new and veteran players of all ages can relax, connect, and explore rich storytelling experiences. Our flat-rate pricing reflects a commitment to inclusivity, not industry standards. We charge what keeps the game sustainable, not exclusive.
Our mission is to bring people together through meaningful, cooperative play. We do not measure value in profit margins or hourly rates. We measure it in laughter, surprise crits, character moments, and the shared memories made at the table. Raccoon Tycoon is built on the idea that storytelling belongs to everyone. Whether you’re here to slay dragons, bargain with trickster gods, or just sip a pint while figuring out how to open a cursed door, you’re part of a community that values creativity, presence, and fun above all else.
- Affordable, inclusive tabletop roleplaying games in a relaxed pub setting
- Flat-rate pricing that prioritizes sustainability and accessibility
- Focused on storytelling, community, and shared experiences over profit

Greater Sydney Adventuring Guild was founded in 2025 by a sole passionate gamer who wanted to create a community for role playing game enthusiasts.
None at all! All of our Tier 1 and Tier 2 sessions are beginner friendly.
We play Dungeons and Dragons 2024 along with some expanded sourcebooks.
We also adhere to the official Wizards of the Coast play ‘Adventurer’s League’.

We operate out of a variety of venues! If we aren’t near your location and you’d like us to be, reach out and we’ll see what we can do to bring some quality DnD closer!
You will need a DnD Beyond account (https://dndbeyond.com) which is free to create. Your Dungeon Master will provide you a campaign link via DnDB which has Content Sharing enabled! This means you don’t buy anything. Just show up, roll dice, and enjoy the good vibes!
At this time, Raccoon Tycoon is not sub-contracting Dungeon Masters. Once it becomes sustainable and the playerbase grows beyond capacity, we will consider changing this policy.
We’re very happy to organize some Dungeons and Dragons at your venue on a quieter night. A lot of players prefer low noise environments.
Reach out via our email and we can discuss in detail how we can partner up!
Certainly reach out to us and we can discuss details on a private booking!

Testimonials
Voices from the tavern
“After returning to D&D after a 30-year break, I was nervous about joining a new group, but Grahame’s warm welcome and help with character creation and spell rules made the experience smooth and stress-free. He also immediately adjusted the map for my extreme colour blindness. Something no one has ever responded to so thoughtfully. The game was fast-paced and fun, with plenty of room for roleplay and input, and I’m genuinely looking forward to playing at Grahame’s table again.”
Fergus Anderson
“Grahame as always was accommodating and welcoming. Making sure all were heard equally and was very entertaining with his storytelling while providing the means of gameplay. Should anyone want a 1st or 100th game of DnD, he’ll make it one to remember fondly!”
Christopher Sadler
“Grahame is a really experienced and welcoming GM. No matter your experience level he makes sure the games are inclusive and fun for everyone. Highly reccomend!”
Danielle Todd
“Had a great time at Racoon Tycoon, all the players and DM are super welcoming and it doesn’t hurt that there was great food nearby!”
Serena Knight
“New player friendly, old player friendly. Fun and chill space to play DnD.”
